1. How to register a profile ?
It's FREE to register your profile. Please click on the link below

to register your profile. All modifications, Picture scan and attachment are also Free of charge.


2. What is my CUSTOMER ID ? How do I get one ?
When you register your FREE profile, we will e-mail you the CUSTOMERID and Handle Number assigned to you instantly.

3. I forgot My CUSTOMERID How do I find it ?

Enter your E-mail address.Then Click on the button " Find it". Your CustomerID will be E-mailed to you.

5. How do I modify my profile ?
To modify your profile, please send your changes to modifications@matrimonialonline.com along with your CUSTOMERID from the E-mail address you have used to register your profile. Please note that we will verify your E-Mail address and it should match with the E-mail address in the Profile.

6. How do I delete my profile ?

You will be required to enter your customerID, Handle Number and then click on the Button " Delete ".Your profile will be deleted immediately.


7. How do I upload my scanned picture ?
Please E-mail your scanned picture to picture@matrimonialonline.com along with your customer ID. we will upload it to your profile within 72 hours normally.

8. How long will my Profile be active ?
Your ad will be active as long as you wish based on your request.It is up to you to decide how long you want your profile be listed.

9. How can I qualify for the " Profile of the Hour "?
All members submitting their picture will qualify for the " Profile of the Hour " Program. Do you know that a profile with a picture will receive 10 times more response than others. we have the largest picture database and growing fast everyday. Do you know that our home page receives more that 4 million hits in a month. Please e-mail your scanned picture to support@matrimonialonline.com

If you do not have a scanned picture and if you want us to scan and attach it to your profile, we will do it for free of charge. Please mail it to our USA office, if you wish to attach your picture in two weeks.

If you mail it to our Indian Office, it will take about a month as your pictures will be sent to our US office for scanning and attachment.

Please do not forget to mention your customerID when you send your picture.

Please send us a self addressed stamped envelope to receive your picture back.


15. I am already a MEMBER. Still when I click on 'Contact me' button of any profile. I get the 'JOIN NOW' page. Why is that ?
You have to logon to the system before even starting to search the profiles. Please click on the link below to 'LOGON'to our Website.
